２０１８年４月にお引っ越しをした方です。
弊社のウェブサイトにある募集中のお部屋の写真を見て、ご連絡いただきました。写真の多さとスタッフの写真が良かったらしいです。南北線目黒駅で働かれている３０代のエンジニアの女性の方です。
引っ越しは２度目で以下のように騒音が酷いのと洋服をしまうために広い部屋に住みたいとのことでした。
・上の人が夜中の２時に洗濯機を回すため、振動と騒音が凄い
・隣の人のタバコの煙とベランダでの電話が聞こえてきて、プライベートが丸見え
・下の階に住んでいる子供が走り回ってて、ドタドタ聞こえてくる
など、色々と問題がある家に住んでいたようです。そこで、単身者用のマンションで極力ポストやゴミ捨て場、自転車置き場の状況からキチンと人が住んでいそうな物件をご紹介しました。
このマンションには築年が新しいため、家賃が若干強気の設定、募集期間が長期化しているお部屋が３月の時点で、いくつかありました。そこで、内覧後に管理会社に直接連絡し、家賃の調整が出来ないか相談してみました。
入居者ご本人がしっかりした属性の人で、家賃を下げてくれれば長期で住みたい意向も伝えました。何度かやり取りを行い、申込書に書いた情報を調べてもらい、家賃は５，０００円も下がりました。
直ぐに、お客様と契約を行い、無事に連休前に無事に引っ越しをしてもらいました。

１．最終的に、決断した理由は、
「上からも下からも騒音が酷かったので、静かなお部屋を紹介してもらったため。」
「今回は凄く親切にしてもらい、条件を満たすお部屋が見つかったので。単身者向けのマンションにはあまりいいイメージが無かったのですが、実際に見てみるとコンパクトで生活だった為、これでよかったと思っています。」
「ちなみに、他の不動産屋さんにも、相談していました。内見を予定してお願いしていたものの、待ち合わせた場所に不動産屋がこず、予定をすっ飛ばされました。これは縁がないんだと待たされた間はずっと不安でした。」
２．今後、お引っ越しをされる方へ、
「周りの家がうるさいか、不動産屋が先に開けてしまう窓なんかは、ちゃんと開け閉めできるかどうか。他の部屋ですごく硬い窓があり、困ったことがあります。
「防犯対策がしっかりされているかどうか。オートロック以外にもセキュリティがしっかりしていて、出来たら出入り口にカメラとかもあって、低層階よりも少し高層階が良いと思います。」
「騒音がとにかく嫌いなので、部屋がどれほど響くのかを先に確認しておくといいと思います。」
３．お部屋の後悔は、
「すごい静かで満足しています。また、通勤時間も短縮でき、良かったです。しっかりと向き合ってもらい、良いマンションを紹介してくれたり、条件の交渉などもちゃんとしてくれて、ありがとうございます。」
４．現在のライフスタイルは、
「とにかく騒音が苦手なので、静かなお部屋で、のんびり過ごしてます。便利になったので、家でも仕事をするようになり、移動のストレスも減っています。」
