２０１６年９月にお引っ越しをされた２０代の女性です。
フェースブックから連絡を受け、何度かやり取りの後、面談をして、お部屋を紹介させて頂きました。なかなか条件に合うお部屋がなく、時間が掛かってしまった案件です。

相場を知るために、SUUMO、HOME’S、アットホームぐらいはこちらでも抑えてます。それ以外にも、いい部屋ネットやホームメイトなどいろんな情報サイトが最近は増えているので、色々と検索するのも楽しいと思います。
ともかく、量を見てみたい人には良いと思います。基本的にはどれも同じような物なので、好みで選んでいいように思います。周辺相場を知るぐらいなら、ポータルサイトを見れば分かると思います。個人的に、私たちのような仕事でポータルを上手に使う方法は、
・条件を絞りすぎない
・いいマンションは押さえておき、下見に！
・用途に合わせて、色々なサイトを見に行く
・新着物件を中心に（正直、同じ物件がたくさん載ってて、嫌になります。）
・なるべく条件を固定させておく
しかし、あなたの条件に最も合う物件、更に日照、振動や騒音などを理解するのは、インターネットだけでは現時点では無理だと思っています。その為、私たちは下見に行って、良い物件をお客様に速報で伝えるようにしています。

１．最終的に、決断した理由は、
「お部屋自体の提案お良かったんですが、私は引っ越し後の部屋の調子の定期確認、台風や大雨の自然災害が起きた後、部屋が壊れているところがあるかどうかの確認などアフターフォローをやってくれると書いてあったので選びました。」
２．今後、お引っ越しをされる方へ、
「人によってライフスタイルや生活ルーティンが異なるので、自分の生活スタイルにあった部屋さがしをするのがいいと思います。お部屋に住む場合に、絶対に妥協したくないポイントを３つぐらい決めた方が良いかもです。」
３．お部屋の後悔は、
「麻布十番の下町っぽい雰囲気に満足してます。会社にも近いので。」
４．現在のライフスタイルは、
「まだ引っ越したばかりなので、家でゆっくりしています。仕事が一段落してから、美術館とか、深夜カフェとか探索してみたいです。」
