引っ越しの失敗や不安、その原因を聞き、賢い部屋探しを考える、今回の失敗インタビューは現在、IT業界で働いている男性に話を伺いました。
２０１２年５月、会社員をしていた２０代の時に、はじめての引っ越しで１K（一人暮らし）のお部屋に引っ越した時のお話です。

引っ越し時は両親からのアドバイスに、そして、引っ越し後は隣人の騒音に悩まれたようです・・・。
自立の為だけでなく、就職や進学で初めて一人暮らしをする方やこれから引っ越す方にすごく役に立つと思うので、読んでみて下さい。
１．引っ越しを決めた理由や理想のライフスタイルは何でしたか？
実家暮らしだったが仕事も軌道に乗り、自立のために一人暮らしをしたかったため。
休日には、料理や掃除などの家事全般をしっかりこなしつつ、外出などの遊びと両立したかった。
２．引っ越し前の不安について
２－１．不安はありましたか？
部屋選びについての親の口出しが煩わしく、とにかくどこでもいいからまずは一人暮らしを始めたかったです。
２－２．その不安は引っ越しまでに解消しましたか？
実際に、部屋を見るときに親を連れていかざるをえなかった。
３．引っ越し時の失敗について
３－１．失敗や後悔はありましたか？
夜中に騒がしい隣人がいましたが、昼間の内覧のみ、自分の不注意で事前にわからなかった。
３－２．失敗を防ぐための対策はしましたか？
本来なら、部屋を決める前に夜にその家の付近に行き、騒音がないか確認すれば良かった。
３－３．今は、その失敗は解消しましたか？
運よく、騒がしい隣人が引っ越したため、現在は問題なし。
４．引っ越し後にトラブルなどありましたか？
トイレが壊れて水がとまらなくなったので管理会社に電話したら、「直接業者に連絡しろ」と言われた。一方で、業者さんには「今回のトラブルは管理会社が修理費を負担すべき」と教えてもらった。
結局、止まらないとずっと使えないので、自己負担で直しましたが、おかげでうちの管理会社が良くないことがよくわかりました。
５．引っ越しする人へアドバイスや良かったことを教えて下さい
親の口出しが煩わしくても、部屋は冷静にじっくり探した方がいい。ただ、近場に業務スーパーがあるため、生活しやすく、非常に便利なところが良いと思っています。
６．引っ越しインタビュー後の考察
今回のケースのように、初めての引っ越しはご両親からアドバイスを受けるケースは非常に多いです。
親切心で教えてくれているので、一通り、アドバイスは聞きつつも、最終的な判断はご自身で出来るように、たくさんの失敗談を見て下さい。きっと部屋選びや内覧、契約時など役に立つと思います。
ただ、急いでても、そのようなアドバイスがどんなに煩わしくても、お部屋を焦って決めてしまうようなことはしない方がいいと思います。 今回のケースでは、たまたま煩い隣人が引っ越してくれたので良かったですが・・・。
これまでの仕事で経験したのは、新卒や大学への進学時以外のタイミングで引っ越しをする場合、周りの友人で上京や一人暮らしを始める人たちはすでに遠くに行ってしまってて、大切な時に相談できない！っていう話は何度か聞いたことがあります。
今回の引っ越しを糧に、次回の部屋探しは始めから成功することを祈ってます。
