「いい部屋を見つけ、選ぶのに何回も引越しをしないといけないの？」

他人の失敗を参考に、部屋探しで時間もお金もムダにせず、今よりしなやかに生きる。

引っ越しの失敗や不安、その原因を聞き、スマートな部屋探しを考える、今回の失敗例分析インタビューは、主婦をされている女性にお話を伺いました。

２０１８年０４月、主婦をしていた３０代の時に、五回目の引っ越しで１LDK（二人暮らし）のお部屋に引っ越した時のお話です。

【今回のポイント】

新婚さんで新築のマンションへ。まさに、理想のような引っ越しをされた方です。

ただ、不動産屋さんに周辺環境などを聞いて、せっかく住みやすさの確認はしていたものの・・・、実際に入居してみるとエレベーターに家具が入らない問題や隣の入居者が大声で歌う声が聞こえるなど、周辺環境以外のトラブルに見舞われたようです。

その後どのように解決されたのでしょうか？

結婚し、新築の賃貸マンションを借りたので引っ越しました。

引越し先の地域環境に慣れて、仕事も家事も両立してのびのびと暮らしたいと思っていました。

２．引っ越し前の不安について

２－１．不安はありましたか？

引越し先の近隣環境は見学はできても、実際に住んでみないとわからないので不安でした。

２－２．その不安は引っ越しまでに解消しましたか？

不動産屋さんに住みやすさを聞きました。近くにあるスーパー、病院、銀行などがあるかとか、治安など。

３．引っ越し時の失敗について

３－１．失敗や後悔はありましたか？

エレベーターが狭かったことです。大きめの家電は部屋に持って上がれなかったり、今あるものを部屋から出すときも非常階段しか使えないので大変です。

３－２．失敗を防ぐための対策はしましたか？

見学に行った際にエレベーターの広さをしっかり見て、入れたい家具がある場合は大きさを計ってイメージしておくべきでした。

３－３．今は、その失敗は解消しましたか？

家電や家具を買うときは計って無理なら諦めていますが、意外にギリギリ大丈夫なものもあるので解消されています。

４．引っ越し後にトラブルなどありましたか？

隣人が大声で歌う声が朝早くから夜遅くまで聞こえてきて、日中家に居る時は大迷惑でした。

５．引っ越しする人へアドバイスや良かったことを教えて下さい

ちょっとしつこくて迷惑だと思われても、不動産屋さんにマンションやその周辺地域のことをメールなどで聞いておくといいと思います。

後で確認できるようにしておいた方がいいと思います。

小さい子どもがいる世帯が多く住んでいる地域なので、夜は静かだったことと公園が整備されていて、道が広くて綺麗なことが良かったです。

６．引っ越しインタビュー後の考察

６－１．実際には住んでみないとわからない？

賃貸物件は住んでみないと実際の状況は分からないものですよね。確かに私も一人暮らしを始めたときは失敗の連続でした。

今回のようなエレベータに家具が入らないことも経験済みです。

内見時にそこまで気が回ってみることができるのであれば、プロの目をお持ちだと思います。是非、不動産業界においでください。しかしながら、私も含めて気付くことができない方のほうが多いのが現実です。

もし、通常よりも大きめの家具や家電をお持ちの方は、玄関や冷蔵庫置き場まで運ぶことができるかのチェックを必ず行うようにしてください。

他にも、カーテンやガスコンロの幅ももちろんですが、玄関から荷物を入れることができないと、最悪ドアを外したり、ベランダ側からの搬入が必要になったりと意外に大変な事態に発展します。

余裕があれば、しっかりとサイズも見ながら内見を行いましょう。

６－２．隣人の騒音はどこまで許されるのか？

大声で歌う方がいらっしゃるというお悩みについてです。これに関しても、歌っている当の本人は「このぐらいの大きさで歌っていて苦情が来ないから大丈夫だ」と思っている可能性が高いです。

もちろん、「〇〇号室の方より、騒音についてクレームが来ています」ということも管理会社は言いません。

その為、少しでも「ん？」と思うことがあったら、管理会社に連絡してみることをお勧めします。
