「いい部屋を見つけ、選ぶのに何回も引越しをしないといけないの？」

他人の失敗を参考に、部屋探しで時間もお金もムダにせず、今よりしなやかに生きる。

引っ越しの失敗や不安、その原因を聞き、スマートな部屋探しを考える、今回の失敗例分析インタビューは、製造業で働いている男性にお話を伺いました。

２０１７年１０月、会社員をしていた３０代の時に、6回目の引っ越しで３LDK（家族）のお部屋に引っ越した時のお話です。

【今回のポイント】

マイホームの購入に際し、家族でのお引っ越しをするとのこと、まずはおめでとうございます。引っ越し業者は何を重視して選ぼうか、部屋の隅にほこりがあったけど対応してくれるのかなど懸念点がいくつかあるようです。

ただ、実際のところ、どのように決定されたのでしょうか？

マイホームを購入したので、引越しを決めました。会社へ自転車で通勤したいと思っていました。実現できて満足しています。

２．引っ越し前の不安について

２－１．不安はありましたか？

引越しするときに荷物の紛失や破損がないか心配でした。

２－２．その不安は引っ越しまでに解消しましたか？

複数の業者へ見積をして、ただ安いだけじゃなく、丁寧な対応をする業者を見極めるようにしました。

＞＞弊社では一都三県内での単身・一人暮らしのお引っ越しであれば、提携しているファミリー引越センターを通常価格から３０％オフの値段でご紹介できます。このサービスを使って、賢くお引っ越してください。きっと最適なプランを紹介してくれます。もちろん、養生をしっかりして、お部屋に傷付けませんし、追加の費用請求もありません。万が一、キズを付けてしまった場合にも相応の対応・保証が付保されています。

ただ、群雄割拠で競争が激しい引っ越し業界では他社に負けないため、３０％もの広告費がお見積りに載っていると思うのと、怖いですね。多くの人が使っている相見積もりの引っ越しサイトとか、実際は相見積もりサイト運営者や間に入っている代理店にいくら払っているのか、気になります・・・。

自力で引っ越しを行い、物を壊したり、部屋や建物に傷をつけて、修理代を取られるくらいなら、引っ越し業者さんにお願いした方が早いし、安心だと個人的には思います。

３．引っ越し時の失敗について

３－１．失敗や後悔はありましたか？

部屋の隅が多少ホコリがあったのが気になったので、不動産屋に掃除をしてもらうように依頼しました。

３－２．失敗を防ぐための対策はしましたか？

住み始めるときに壊れている箇所はないか、汚れてはいないかしっかり確認した方がいいかと思います。

３－３．今は、その失敗は解消しましたか？

不動産屋に連絡したら、すぐに対応してもらえたので良かったのですが、中には対応してくれない業者もあると思うので、不動産屋に関しても、やはり業者選びは重要だと感じました。

４．引っ越し後にトラブルなどありましたか？

ひどい状況ではないですが、部屋の隅などにホコリが多少あったことです。

５．引っ越しする人へアドバイスや良かったことを教えて下さい

やはり、業者選びは重要だと思います。誠実に対応してくれる業者を見つけることだと思います。よく吟味して業者選びをしたことで引越し業者や不動産屋の担当者の方には、誠実に対応してもらえたと思ってます。

６．引っ越しインタビュー後の考察

６－１．”業者選び”の大切さを実感

引っ越し業者も数十社ある中から、一つを選ぶ必要があり、金額も大きい為なかなか簡単に決断が下せないサービスの一つです。

安かろう悪かろうでもいいから、とりあえず料金を安く済ませたいのか、それとも、この方のように、多少値段が張っても信頼できるメジャーな会社にお願いするのかと選択ができます。

今回は、お見積りや電話対応などの雰囲気を見て・感じて、丁寧な業者を選ばれたとのことでした。引っ越しに伴う業者選定は”迅速”かつ””丁寧”な会社を選ぶことをお勧めします。

当日やギリギリまでまったく連絡をくれない業者は論外です。

６－２．業者選びにフィーリングは大切

今回は仲介業者にほこりの清掃の件を御願いするとすぐに動いてくれたようで、迅速な対応にあたります。引っ越し業者や仲介業者に電話した時の雰囲気、直接会ったときの雰囲気を感じながら、自分のフィーリングとマッチする業者を必ず選んでください。

そして、親身になって、お客様を第一に考えて行動してくれる会社を見極めること、これが第一です。

日用品のお買い物はその場で終わりますが、＜自宅＞は常に自分の中で生活を共にする部分ですので、よりアンテナを張り巡らせていい業者選びを行いましょう。

今回は、失敗という失敗はなく、マイホームのご購入に至っていらっしゃており安心しましたが、ご友人等のお引越しの時にも第三者としてアドバイスをしていただけますと幸いです。これからも楽しい毎日を過ごせることを願っています。
